Before you decide
- Is the free tier a trial?
- No, and it has no participant cap. The limit is time: a free survey stops taking answers 7 days after you make it. The answers it already collected stay readable from your admin link.
- Do I need an account?
- Not to run a poll. An account is where your admin links live, so it is what stops losing one from being permanent. Accounts are free, and a free account can claim a handle: your own page at rifts.to/u/yourname, listing whichever polls you want people to find.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Your account and your surveys stay. Anything that was never going to expire gets a 7-day window from the day you cancel, then stops taking new answers, the same as a free survey.
